The Mediation Process
1
Initial Consultation
We meet with you and discuss your dispute to determine if mediation is the right way to go. If yes, step 2.
2
Preparation
We contact all parties. Gather all important documents from parties. Set the date for the Mediation.
3
Mediation Session
All parties come together to discuss, negotiate, and work through the dispute. The Mediator manages this process by ensuring everyone is working together to resolve the matter.
4
Agreement
When an agreement is reached, the Mediator will write the Mediated Settlement Agreement (MSA). The MSA will capture and list the entire agreement reached by all parties.
All parties will review and sign the MSA. Parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions in the MSA.
